Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of individual and group treatment programs under the supervision of registered dietitians.
- Undertake delegated clinical tasks to support the delivery of nutritional care in accordance with agreed guidance and care pathways.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide support to patients through effective communication and education.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Contribute to evidence-based audit and projects to evaluate and improve patient care.
- A levels (3) or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
- Proactive approach to learning and development, with a commitment to achieving required knowledge and competency for the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Competent IT skills and the ability to use digital platforms and maintain business-related information.
