RudderStack is redefining enterprise-scale data collection and routing. Our goal is to build a customer data platform (CDP) on the customer's own data warehouse, providing a secure, compliant, and cost-effective solution for managing customer data.

We collect data from over 30 sources, transform events in real-time, and route them to more than 150 marketing, sales, product, and analytics applications using a single snippet of code.

Role Overview

  • Partner with our Customer Success team to overcome technical and business-related obstacles, advocate for customer interests, and create compelling content.
  • Our roles are remote-first, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CS team to execute advanced use cases around data governance, identity stitching, customer 360, and warehouse design.
  • Develop expertise on the customer data landscape and RudderStack's role within it.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to consult with customers and prospects, influencing their customer data strategy and architecture design.
  • You'll have a strong understanding of modern web services, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Snowflake.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of success in solutions engineering, with 8+ years of progressive experience supporting technical products.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bonus points for experience building websites or mobile apps, working with ETL and/or data pipelines, being a DBA, having strong SQL/dbt skills, or working in marketing/advertising.
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning is a plus.

Salary Estimate:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
