Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Grinder / Machine Operator to join their team in Leicestershire. This is a 37-hour contract with morning, afternoon, and night rotation, offering a competitive hourly rate of £18.00-£19.00, including shift allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Grinding Machines to ensure high-quality parts meet customer requirements.
- Develop machine setting skills for efficient set-ups.
- Inspect parts according to quality procedures.
- Support inspection requirements using CMM machines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in CNC Grinding or machining is advantageous.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Able to self-inspect parts using manual measuring equipment.
