Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Grinder / Machine Operator to join their team in Leicestershire. This is a 37-hour contract with morning, afternoon, and night rotation, offering a competitive hourly rate of £18.00-£19.00, including shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Grinding Machines to ensure high-quality parts meet customer requirements.
  • Develop machine setting skills for efficient set-ups.
  • Inspect parts according to quality procedures.
  • Support inspection requirements using CMM machines.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in CNC Grinding or machining is advantageous.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Able to self-inspect parts using manual measuring equipment.
