**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Grinder to join our team at Techncial Placements. As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for operating CNC Grinding Machines to produce high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong appetite for learning, good communication skills, and the ability to methodically think through tasks.

Salary: £16.95 per hour, plus shift allowance, equating to an estimated annual salary of £34,500 - £40,000.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Operating CNC Grinding Machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Attaining machine setting skills to enable machine set-ups
  • Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Consistently achieving production, quality, and housekeeping targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in CNC machining or machinery, a good understanding of engineering drawings, and the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
