Cook Volunteer Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled cook to join our team at SeeAbility. As a cook volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to develop their cooking skills and enjoy nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking for our service users
  • Support individuals to learn new cooking skills and techniques
  • Help to create a welcoming and inclusive kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth running of our food service
Requirements:
  • Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
