Education Support Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced Early Years professional to fill the role of Early Years Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices in early years settings and online.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Nursery settings and a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or similar). They should also be comfortable with technology for virtual training and administration, and willing to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths with support provided.
Responsibilities:
- Train apprentices in early years settings and online using your expertise.
- Develop future talent by engaging with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guiding their development.
- Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in their role.
