A 17th-century pub in a picturesque Cotswold market town is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join its team.

About the Role

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for executing all dishes as per menu specifications. You will have worked in similar fresh food and restaurant environments or have a passion for good food that enables you to execute dishes easily.

The role requires stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be able to give calm and clear instructions during busy periods and be very organized, able to coordinate your station seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all dishes as per menu specs.
  • Ensure kitchen audit requirements are adhered to.
  • Assist proactively your kitchen members and colleagues.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for food with your junior staff.
  • Ensure your section is fully set for the next day with fresh MEP.
  • Learn about our products/production.
  • Comply with internal audit requirements.
  • Highlight H&S matters to your line manager.
