- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Annual Salary: Around £65,000 - £85,000.
