About the Opportunity

We are Future Engineering, a dynamic company in the waste management sector, seeking a talented Mechanical Fitter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that prioritises staff well-being and offers a competitive salary package.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining and repairing a variety of machinery, including loaders, backactors, and JCBs, and a strong understanding of mechanical principles. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for teamwork.

In this role, you will work on a range of plant machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation, maintain and repair crushers, shredders, conveyors, and rollers to minimise downtime and enhance performance, and provide hands-on mechanical support across various equipment to maintain high operational standards.
