Thrive Group is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their successful client in the Blandford area on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR department with a range of duties, including preparation of offer letters and dealing with references.
  • Be involved with new starters, including inductions, and process holiday bookings and deal with employee queries.
  • Update the HR system and produce a range of documents and templates.
Requirements:
  • A confidential approach is essential, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Accuracy and the ability to work with discretion are crucial, as no two days are the same.
  • Experience within HR is not essential, but an interest would be beneficial.
