Thrive Group is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their HR department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR team with a range of duties, including preparation of offer letters, dealing with references, and involvement with new starters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting the HR department with a range of duties
  2. Preparation of offer letters and dealing with references
  3. Involvement with new starters including inductions
  4. Processing holiday bookings and dealing with employee queries
  5. Updating the HR system
  6. Production of a range of documents and templates

Requirements:

  1. A confidential approach is essential
  2. Excellent communication skills at all levels
  3. Accuracy and the ability to work with discretion where no two days are the same
  4. Experience within HR is not essential although an interest would be beneficial
