About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Performance Analyst to join our Business Operations Team. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and profitability by providing high-quality financial analysis and recommendations.

You will be working closely with our Business Operations colleagues to define, implement, control and enhance operations processes across all business units. Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyse key financial performance indicators relating to costs and revenue. Develop and implement action plans to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

  • Implement and refine budgeting and reporting procedures to enhance the quality of financial forecasting. Ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting to the Head of Cloud and Support, streamlining processes to reduce the time required for monthly closings.
  • Control of Third-Party Licensing: You will be responsible for ensuring that we have an accurate inventory of licensing information on which our Financial Control and Run teams can rely. You will achieve this through the monitoring & control of our third-party licensing process and detailed tracking of spend vs forecast.

Requirements:

  • Experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting & reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex financial information in an understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolset with advanced Excel skills & experience in analysing AWS cost data (Cost Explorer / QuickSight, etc.). Visual Basic/Macro skills and Power BI proficiency are desirable but not essential.

Attractive salary package, including a competitive salary and excellent benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
