Skilled Tradesperson for Onsite Construction Projects

Westone Housing Ltd is a regional contractor with multiple long-term contracts requiring servicing. As a Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across various aspects of building construction.
We are looking for an experienced tradesperson who is skilled in plumbing and has the ability to work independently, focusing on quality over speed. Our company culture emphasizes delivering excellent service and product to our clients, prioritizing quality and safety above all else.
You will report directly into an assigned project manager, who will regularly attend site and be available to discuss projects and scope queries. All materials will be ordered through our purchasing team, delivered to site or collected from our warehouse, ensuring a smooth project process. A company van will be provided, which can be filled at our depot using our on-site fuelling system.
This role offers a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum, as well as additional benefits such as a tool allowance, fuel, and 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Career advancement opportunities are also available through qualifications and courses.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3 years experience in bathroom/wet room installs
- 3 years experience in tiling
- 3 years experience in aqua panel installation
- 3 years experience in carpentry
- 5 years experience in plumbing
Prior experience in plastering, basic understanding of electrics, non-license asbestos removal, and asbestos awareness are preferred but not essential.
