You have the opportunity to work with a leading company in Derbyshire, responsible for the quality of their product. As the Maintenance Engineer at their legacy site, you will be part of a team ensuring that all machinery and equipment is installed, maintained, and operated to maximize production output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out planned maintenance programmes and schedules, recommending improvements to ensure efficiencies are maximized.
  2. Analyze line efficiency, wastage, and downtime data to identify areas for performance improvement.
  3. Identify faulty equipment by consulting manufacturer's manuals and reading detailed mechanical exploded drawings to resource and order replacement parts.
  4. Implement Continuous Improvements to drive better performance.

Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday - 8 Hours
Rotating Morning / Afternoon / Nights

Requirements:

You will be a Maintenance Technician/Engineer with experience in a fast-paced environment, holding a recognized Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering discipline. In-depth knowledge of maintenance systems and processes is essential, with a strong understanding of PLCs and robotics.
