About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our legacy site in Derbyshire. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment, maximising production output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement planned maintenance programmes to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and operated efficiently.
  2. Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive better performance.
  3. Proactively identify and resolve equipment faults, consulting manufacturer's manuals and technical drawings as needed.
  4. Collaborate with the team to implement Continuous Improvements, driving better performance and efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Maintenance Technician/Engineer with experience in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong understanding of maintenance systems and processes, as well as experience with PLCs and robotics.
