Our fast-paced Finance team is looking for a skilled Financial Reconciliation Manager to oversee reconciliation processes across multiple accounts and entities.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description
As a Financial Reconciliation Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You'll work closely with the finance team and operations to maintain a streamlined workflow and investigate discrepancies. This role is integral to keeping our financial data accurate, reliable, and ready for high-level analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of reconciliation across key areas of the business to perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of key accounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Completion of several multi-currency (EUR, GBP, USD & AUD) bank reconciliations

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or pursuing one
  • Experience working within a finance team specific to reconciliation processes
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Excel, with demonstrable experience in using advanced formulas to analyse data
