About the Role

Premises Recruitment Ltd is one of the largest privately owned contractors in the prestigious Prime Residential sector, with a solid reputation for delivering quality products and an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London.

We are currently seeking an experienced High-End Residential Construction Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project team, developing project plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Liaising with clients, site teams, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution
  • Managing project finances, including budgeting and cost control
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A stable career at Site/Project Manager level
  • Experience managing prime residential projects with finishes of the highest quality
