About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premises and Facilities Manager to join our team at the Modality Partnership Hull Division. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of our West Hull Health Hub site.

You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the healthcare services provided within Primary Care and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize site operations, ensuring the efficient use of resources and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct health and safety audits, risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local divisions, Divisional Boards, and the National Modality Business Support Team.
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve working practices and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with SystmOne and basic knowledge of Health and Safety Management.
  • Basic knowledge of CQC and requirements in General Practice.
  • Able to deal with difficult situations and challenging behaviour.
