About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Premises Manager to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of our site, ensuring that all facilities and premises are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the site, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are in place and adhered to, including risk assessments and audits.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, patients, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, using your problem-solving skills and expertise to find creative solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as other related software packages.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Management, CQC requirements, and General Practice.
