About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage specific schemes, including day-to-day cost control, cash management, subcontractor management, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit valuations, including internal and external valuations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of various contract forms, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide commercial support to the MQS or SQS, including negotiation of rates and prices.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in quantity surveying within the residential sector, with experience in new build schemes and refurbishment works.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including knowledge of regulations, current materials, rates, and prices.
  • Ability to understand and complete the CVR process.
