Cover Supervisor Position

Cover Supervisor Opportunity
Prospero Teaching is working with various secondary schools in Bromley to provide cover supervision services.
This position is for a cover supervisor with no prior experience required, working on a temporary and daily basis in various schools.
You will be required to be punctual, have a genuine passion for teaching, and be able to manage behavior and develop your classroom management skills. Prospero Teaching also has a learning and development team that will support you in developing as a cover supervisor.
The schools we work with pride themselves on creating a positive and respectful learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising work set in accordance with the school's policy
- Managing pupil behavior to ensure a constructive environment
- Responding to pupil questions about process and procedures
- Dealing with immediate problems or emergencies according to the school's policies and procedures
- Collecting completed work and returning it to the appropriate teacher
- Reporting back as appropriate using the school's agreed referral procedures on pupil behavior and any issues arising
