**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team, working with various secondary schools in Bromley. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms, supervising student work, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Classroom Management**: Supervise student work, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure student safety.
  • **Behaviour Management**: Manage student behaviour, respond to questions, and deal with immediate problems or emergencies.
  • **Administrative Tasks**: Collect completed work, report back on student behaviour, and use agreed referral procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • **Passion for Education**: A genuine interest in teaching and learning, with a passion for supporting students.
  • **Qualifications**: GCSEs (minimum) and previous experience in teaching or covering (preferred).
  • **Reliability**: Be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.

**Contract Details:**

  • **Location**: Bromley
  • **Position**: Cover Supervisor
  • **Type of Work**: Covering Absent Teachers (All year groups)
  • **Contract Type**: Temporary
  • **Hours**: 8am - 3:30pm or 4:00pm (Variable depending on school)
  • **Rate of Pay**: £90 per day
