Hospice Capital Campaigner

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Capital Campaigner to help us achieve our fundraising goals during this critical period. At Wakefield Hospice, we are investing in a significant capital project to modernise our facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of our patients and families.

Contract Type: 1 year fixed term contract

Hours: Full-time (30-37 hours per week)

This role requires your expertise in writing persuasive funding applications and driving financial success to support our capital campaign.

You will work closely with our Trusts Fundraiser to identify potential donors and manage relationships effectively.

1. Develop and submit targeted funding bids to secure vital support for our capital project.
2. Provide regular updates to charitable trusts on the impact of their grants, demonstrating our commitment to responsible stewardship.
3. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that grant conditions are met and restrictions are managed accordingly.
4. Work with the communications team to create engaging content supporting our trust applications.
5. Maintain precise income records to report progress against budget targets to the Director of Income Generation.

The successful candidate will have a salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
