We are setting the standard in sustainable, land-based aquaculture, producing premium Yellowtail Kingfish for the European and US markets.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
This is an exciting opportunity to join our pioneering team as a Premium Seafood Sales Professional in the UK. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region by building relationships with top culinary talent, restaurants, chefs and distributors.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including calls, emails and onsite visits
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and qualify existing leads
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track progress towards targets
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to establish The Kingfish Company as the go-to name in quality, sustainable seafood
- Event Coordination: Organize events and tastings to showcase Kingfish products and build brand awareness
- Distributor Development: Develop and maintain relationships with distributors to expand our reach in the hotel and restaurant sectors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in sales, ideally within the food industry or hospitality sector
- A strong network and deep knowledge of the UK restaurant, catering and hotel market
- Passion for premium seafood and sustainability
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- To be based in the United Kingdom
