A Key Role in Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to work closely with our Michelin-starred brothers, Chris and Jeff Galvin. As a key member of our team, you will have access to in-house and external training opportunities, career growth prospects, and a range of benefits.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a busy fine dining environment
  • Michelin Star experience essential
  • Ability to deliver high standards consistently
  • Great communication and organizing skills
  • Ability to work closely with management
  • High standards of health and hygiene
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about your job
  • Great team player
