The Global Games Show is looking for a talented Executive Delegate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for leading our delegate management efforts, promoting our event, and providing exceptional customer service to our delegates.
Job Description:
As an Executive Delegate Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging potential delegates through research, outreach, and effective communication strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with delegates to ensure their participation and satisfaction throughout the event.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to promote the event and ensure high visibility and engagement across various channels.
- Maintaining accurate records of delegate information in our CRM system and ensuring timely follow-ups to guarantee seamless communication.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, event management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, delegate management, or a similar role (preferably in the gaming or technology industry).
