As a Premium Player Liaison Manager at Metropolitan Gaming Group, you will play a critical role in shaping our luxury entertainment experience for discerning customers.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value customer acquisition opportunities through targeted marketing and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing high-value customers, ensuring exceptional service and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal business performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record in business development or a related field.
  • Familiarity with casino operations and gaming regulations.
