Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Qualitair Aviation Group, a Randstad Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Package Management
    • Process customer-supplied work package paperwork into a format suitable for our maintenance environment.
    • Assess customer-supplied work packages to produce fully engineered company work packages, including tooling requirements and external agency organization.
    • Import customer-supplied work packages into our computer system.
    • Ensure all associated maintenance data, referenced proformas, cross-reference documents, and drawings are attached to the relevant work package.
  • Production Planning
    • Identify key milestones, including parts and tooling/resource requirements for planned maintenance.
    • Liaise with resource teams to ensure adequate manpower levels to accomplish the required workload.
    • Identify third-party requirements, such as NDT, aircraft reweighs, and exterior cleaning, to ensure scheduling of tasks considers human factors issues.
    • Identify safety-critical tasks, including CDCCL, independent inspections, EWIS, etc.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Perform 100% audits of completed paperwork to ensure it is complete.
    • Scan completed work packages and return to customers as required, within agreed SLA guidelines.
  • Support and Collaboration
    • Support Check Managers during maintenance inputs.
    • Work with Check Managers to carry out procedural audits during maintenance, identifying completed tasks, stamped and staged documents, and signed and complete documents.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of reporting tools, such as Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace/engineering/manufacturing/construction sectors.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to aircraft maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a P145 planning environment is preferred.
