Health Visiting Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Health Visitor to lead our Central Access Team, providing clinical oversight and management expertise to deliver high-quality services in Kent.
About the RoleAs the Central Access Team Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance to clinicians and administrative colleagues, ensuring they meet the CAT Standard Operating Procedures and clinical governance framework. Your key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing data and presenting reports at governance meetings
- Undertaking specific audits and supervising practitioners to ensure best practice
- Working clinically across Let's Chat 0-5, Central Advice and Support Line, or Central Safeguarding Hub
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification - Health Visitor
- Management or supervisory qualification/programme of study
- Current NMC registration
