About the Role: As a Health Promotion Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership and management of the health visiting team, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and high-quality needs-led service.

Main Duties:

  • Provide clinical and professional leadership and management of the health visiting team.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate an innovative public health service.
  • Provide skilled, effective, and evidence-based public health services to clients in various community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent health visiting or school nursing experience.
  • Experience of coordinating and leading multi-skilled teams.
  • Knowledge of recent developments in public health nursing and health and social care legislation.
