About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our social housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure maximum value for money
  • Manage and reconcile cost/value reports and profit forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and Health & Safety legislation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize cost management
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing social housing contracts and reactive maintenance
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with Schedule of Rates, subcontractor management, and valuations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
