About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage construction budgets and cost reports
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential cost risks
  • Provide expert advice on construction costs and pricing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a property maintenance or construction environment
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, pricing, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
