As a Commercial Claims Handler you will;
- Manage a personal portfolio of commercial insurance claims across multiple market sectors.
- Respond to general inquiries, support the claims process from first notice of loss, handling all aspects of the claims process and associated administration.
- Collaborate closely with a team of Account Directors and senior management.
- Provide support to clients while negotiating with insurers and resolving claims to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Be well rewarded, with a salary of up to £35,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

- Be part of an experienced team, well respected by clients and peers, and able to work in the best interests of clients.

You will be:
- Currently working in claims handling, claims analysis, or reporting, or administration and seeking to advance your career.
- Possibly working in a financial services marketplace or a commercial insurance broking firm. Some experience with commercial insurance will be beneficial for this role.
- Interested in joining a leading global firm that values your input and commits to training and development, including support with professional qualifications.
- Hold a good knowledge of Microsoft products, be comfortable with technology, and have a positive approach.
- An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Motivated by providing solid advice and customer service to clients.
- Have a 'can-do' attitude and see tasks through to their conclusion.
