We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistician to join our vibrant and inclusive team of Statistics professionals. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across a varied range of projects, utilizing various statistical techniques to drive business decisions and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a small team of statisticians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer products and processes from Research & Development into Manufacturing, supporting exciting new product launches.
- Investigate and monitor manufacturing, stability, and product performance data to drive continuous improvement and quality enhancements.
- Develop and implement statistical models and analytical test methods to drive quality and business decisions.
We require a BSc (or higher) in Statistics or Mathematics, with previous experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment. SAS/R programming skills are advantageous, and you will need to be able to explain statistical concepts to colleagues from a range of backgrounds.
