Lead Property Consultant

At Shipways, part of the Connells Group, we are seeking a driven Lead Property Consultant to enhance our exceptional residential sales team as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

Overview of the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting properties and collaborating with local branch networks on Select listings and sales while upholding the highest standards of customer service. You will establish strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills for a Successful Lead Consultant

Ideally, an experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator aiming to elevate your career Exceptional customer care and service experience Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Possession of a Full UK driving licence
