**Overview:** Levy UK & Ireland is the vibrant sector of Compass Group, the world's largest catering company. We deliver legendary experiences in food, drink, and hospitality at some of the greatest venues in the world.

As **Head of Food and Beverage Operations**, you will oversee estimated £16m through diverse food and beverage operations during 200+ shows per year. You will ensure that all services within your remit are ready for operation at specific times and to the agreed standard.

You will be responsible for overseeing all projects from an operational perspective, ensuring that all deadlines are met and work delivered to the agreed standard. This includes monitoring and maintaining the Health and Safety policy, process, and culture across your departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and ensure that all services within your remit are ready for operation at specific times and to the agreed standard (up to 22 food bars and beverage outlets).
  • Close and detailed liaison with 3 HOD's and their management team to plan and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Regular monitoring and development of each department to ensure that food & beverage quality, presentation, and standards are in place.
  • Liaison with 3rd party suppliers and contractors to underpin effective service delivery.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
