Your Future Role

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gather training requirements through interviews, meetings, workshops, and surveys, and transform this data into actionable insights. You will create effective frameworks for organizing this information, enabling you to present recommendations that enhance our ongoing training and learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify and understand training requirements across the organization.
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a detailed training plan that will be delivered through an interactive online learning platform.
  • Develop engaging training materials across various mediums, including quick reference guides, eLearning modules, Computer-Based Training (CBT), and classroom courses.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure training materials align with the overall training strategy. Utilize software to produce high-quality CBT.
  • Present findings and recommendations to continuously improve training strategies and contribute to a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNAs).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members on training projects.
  • Proficiency in CBT production using software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data from surveys into practical insights.
