About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that empower our sales teams to excel in their roles. You will work closely with our Head of Learning and Development to create engaging and effective training materials that align with best practices and individual learning preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality training materials for our commercial and functional teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and individual learning needs.
- Develop and implement a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Provide guidance on designing training for key business processes and systems, ensuring our teams have the skills and knowledge needed to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Business Unit and Functional Heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted training solutions.
- Deliver diverse learning interventions, from one-on-one coaching sessions to workshops and webinars, fostering continuous growth and development.
- Champion a unified selling approach across Business Units, delivering training to embed our sales strategies and drive business results.
- Implement a coaching model that empowers teams for on-the-job development, ensuring our sales teams have the skills and confidence to succeed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant training or certification in a related field, such as instructional design or adult learning.
- Extensive experience in training design and delivery, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector.
- A strong grasp of commercial dynamics, preferably with field sales experience.
- Proficiency in coaching techniques and experience in field development.
- Ability to comprehend scientific and clinical aspects of product portfolios.
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities, with both strategic and executional proficiency.
- Collaborative team player with a knack for building strong relationships.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
