About the Home
Moorhaven is a 54-bedded care home that offers person-centred, tailored support to those with care needs. Our highly trained team works together to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality residential care for our Service Users within the policy of our Quality Assurance (QA) framework.
- Ensure that staff work to the defined Company quality standards and implement statutory requirements and Company policy and procedures.
- Work within a regulatory framework to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Maintain your Continued Professional Development (CPD), and ensure your team maintain and develop their skills as appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years management experience within a Care Home environment.
- Strong IT skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience of care service delivery.
- Formal management or business qualification equivalent to level 3 or above.
- Minimum of Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) Level 3 or equivalent.
- Has or willingness to work towards a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) Level 5.
- Valid current driving licence and vehicle for use.
