Job Description:
As a Senior Duty Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sports and leisure facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of our sports facilities, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance

• Supervising a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality event delivery

• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvement

• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and events, to ensure seamless delivery of events and activities

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related field

* Basic knowledge of facility management software and technology

**Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
