About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating, setting, and running Jones & Shipman CNC grinders, as well as manual cylindrical and surface grinding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC grinders to high standards
  • Read and work from engineering drawings
  • Perform first-offs and work to tight tolerances
  • Work with a wide range of materials
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in CNC grinding and manual grinding
  • Knowledge of Jones & Shipman CNC grinders
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
