Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Lord Search and Selection. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure space
- Nurture and develop key accounts to maximize overall business potential
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans
Requirements:
- Proven background in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or utilities sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
