We're BDO, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, and we're looking for a talented VAT Associate Director to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality VAT advisory services to our clients.

About the Role

As a VAT Associate Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading VAT compliance projects for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Providing expert VAT advice to clients, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborating with our tax team to deliver comprehensive VAT solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored VAT advice
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest VAT regulations and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced VAT professional with a strong background in Real Estate VAT. You'll have:

  • Significant experience in VAT compliance and advisory services, particularly in Real Estate
  • Excellent knowledge of UK VAT regulations and recent key updates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • CTA and/or ACA qualification or equivalent
