We are looking for a skilled Clinical Support Associate to join our X-ray department team. As a key member of our diagnostic services team, you will support Radiographers and Radiologists in delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your excellent communication skills and proactive approach to provide exceptional patient care and diagnostic services in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires frequent travel to clinics in the Midlands and potentially other locations, necessitating a full, clean driving license.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of clinics
  • Support patients during medical procedures
  • Prepare clinical rooms for sessions
  • Utilize patient information systems
  • Monitor and manage stock levels

To succeed in this role, you will require a good general standard of education, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, and prior experience working in a healthcare setting. Additionally, you should be flexible, willing to work varied hours, and possess business use car insurance.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,000 - £31,000.
