About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to install, maintain, and provide technical support for our Rapid Deployment CCTV systems and fixed systems. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for installing, removing, servicing, maintaining, and providing technical support for these systems. You will also work closely with clients and account management to assess risks and determine security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain market-leading hardware, including CCTV systems.
  • Provide a full range of servicing and fault-finding diagnostics for Wireless and Wired CCTV systems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet client needs, while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Electrical or electronics qualification, City and Guilds or BTE FIA qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
