About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide high-quality professional advice and support to managers and staff on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and staff on employment law, employee relations, and HR policies.
  2. Undertake specialist and general HR tasks, including recruitment, selection, employment checks, induction, training, and performance reviews.
  3. Collaborate with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate workforce information and payroll instructions.
  4. Manage and monitor the Absence Management Programme and Probation Period Process.
  5. Support the HR Manager in managing poor performance and advising on solutions.
  6. Take notes at formal HR meetings and conduct interviews with recruiting managers.
  7. Provide management information reports relating to HR.
  8. Undertake job evaluations and contribute to the development of HR policies.
  9. Maintain and update HR database systems and filing systems.
  10. Coordinate learning and development events for Trust staff.
