Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Kingston Barnes Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical breakdown repair coverage for all manufacturing plant equipment. This will involve working with industry-leading technology and kit to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, precision, or a similar background, and will be proficient in both electrical and mechanical breakdown repair. They will also be able to read schematic drawings and carry out electrical fault finding.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical and mechanical breakdown repair coverage for all manufacturing plant equipment.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance in line with predetermined schedules.
- Assist with training Operators where necessary.
- Undertake more complex and detailed project work as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical breakdown repair.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, precision, or a similar background.
- Ability to read schematic drawings and carry out electrical fault finding.
- Engineering qualifications.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8 hour shifts, earlies, lates, and nights).
