Lead Clinical Services with Vision and Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Nursing Director to spearhead our clinical services, driving excellence in patient care and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for nursing and clinical services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee budgetary and financial management related to clinical services.
  • Develop and mentor nursing and allied health professionals, promoting continuous professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage complaints and serious incidents with a focus on resolution and improvement.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC registration.
  • Continued professional development.
  • Budgetary and financial management experience.
  • Successful development of nursing/allied health professionals.
  • In-depth awareness of the quality and governance agenda.
  • Understanding of workforce planning issues in healthcare.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Additional qualifications such as a recognized management qualification or postgraduate qualification are desirable.
