Creative Therapist for Vulnerable Youth

Job Summary:
CHM-1 is hiring a Creative Therapist to work directly with children and young people in care, fostering their social and emotional growth. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in delivering flexible therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and prioritizing the safety and well-being of vulnerable youth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and implement personalized therapy programs that cater to the distinct needs of each child or young person.
- Engage in regular case reviews with the network team to discuss progress, concerns, and required interventions.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to maintain open lines of communication and ensure comprehensive care planning.
Professional Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience in therapeutic services, with evidence of outstanding achievements.
- Proven ability to adapt to new situations and develop creative solutions.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to identifying potential risks.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, prorated for part-time employment.
