We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lift Service Engineer to join our team at KONE. Key Responsibilities- Service and maintain a variety of lifts, ensuring they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to lifts, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to the development of our team and the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying new skills and knowledge to improve our services and products.
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with lifts and escalators, with a strong understanding of their mechanics and safety features.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Excellent health and safety knowledge, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
